If your opponents are paying attention you might get snapped off. Apparently they weren't ..
I don't know, I'm raising that only if the table is really tight.
As played, you have to bet the flop, so there's nothing wrong with that.
Hopefully you can get some legit hands payed off with your maniacle play.

I think you have enough chips to raise safely, although a limp isn't too horrible. You do want to get the BB out, so even a raise to 450 could work here.
Flop bet is fine, especially since UTG didn't limp re-raise you. Slim monster threat and he's representing really low PP or paint cards. No paint on the table and most assuredly cards above possible low PP. He's got to have a big hand in order to make a big raise playback. After your PFR and big continuation.
