BFZ Post for Other Guy Turned to Lesson

So I've got a couple hands from this morning for discussion.
Hand 1
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com
Preflop: Hero is UTG with
,
.
Hero raises, 1 fold, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.
Flop: (6.33 SB)
,
,
(3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, BB folds.
Turn: (4.16 BB)
(2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.
River: (6.16 BB)
(2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero 3-bets, CO calls.
Final Pot: 12.16 BB
Results:
Hero has 8s 8c (full house, eights full of jacks).
CO has Ac 3c (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins 12.16 BB.
I bet the flop as a C-bet and because I have the
as an iffy fall-back. I want to see if somebody raises with overs or a better draw.
I hit a decent card on the turn, but not great. I bet because I didn't get opposition on the flop and I could have a lot more outs. I'm sure some of you prefer a check here to not get raised and see that river as cheap as possible.
Sweet Miracle River.
But the question is --> How do you play this as Villain? He is 97% on that flop so slowplaying can't be horrible. The turn really shouldn't be a scare card for him, either, but it drops him to 77%. Anybody raise any time before that river??
Hand 2
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com
Preflop: Hero is SB with
,
.
1 fold, MP calls, CO calls, Button calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, MP 3-bets, CO calls, Button folds, Hero calls.
Flop: (11 SB)
,
,
(3 players)
Hero checks, MP bets, CO calls, Hero raises, MP 3-bets, CO calls, Hero calls.
Turn: (10 BB)
(3 players)
Hero bets, MP raises, CO folds, Hero 3-bets, MP calls.
River: (16 BB)
(2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks.
Final Pot: 16 BB
Results:
Hero has Kh Kd (three of a kind, kings).
MP has Ah Ac (one pair, aces).
Outcome: Hero wins 16 BB.
Again, this one worked out great for the Hero. For me, it's the question of when to raise or when to play it safe.
With everybody and their mother limping, I first thought 'should I bother raising this?' Nobody is going to leave. But it is KK, so I go for it to hopefully juice the pot while I still can. Button only drops because of the 3-bet, which I'm sure saved me from some bad beat.
Then how do you play the rest of this hand? The board is so draw heavy that you want to bet and raise....but you know nobody is going anywhere because of the huge pot odds.
Do you keep this cheap on huge draw boards? Or bet the shit out of it?

If I were the villain in the first hand, I'd raise the turn probably. Actually, whether or not I raise the flop has to do with my reads on the other guy. If I know he's aggressive and expect him to bet turn, then I'd wait if I thought a flop raise would slow him down.
Hand 2: I'm interested as to why no cap preflop? As to the flop, you played it nicely, CO cold calls two bets that include a c/r. One can only imagine what he's doing.
I wouldn't keep anything cheap, as long as you have the best hand, then you want to put $ in the pot. No sense in letting the draw come cheap for the other person.
