I've recently discovered that i suck at playing on the bubble so i'll be posting mostly bubble hands for a while. Here are a couple.
PokerStars Game #3331753943: Tournament #16500313, Hold'em No Limit - Level VII (100/200) - 2005/12/14 - 14:01:24 (ET)

ncguy80 had been loose when calling raises preflop and had check-raised a lot. Obviously i have to fold on the river but should i have pushed the turn or is a check good?

JUAN had been very tight early but had pushed on my big blind almost every time so he seemed to know what he was doing. I cant really put him on an ace or a 10 because he wouldve pushed preflop w/ an ace and bet the flop w/ a 10. Is betting on the turn here just wasting chips? I wouldnt do this against a loose player but he had seemed really solid up to this point and i thought there was a good chance he would fold.

overall it was similar to what i'd do...
hand1: I'd raise more. I want them to fold so i can steal the blinds. jj is a very good hand this late but it can easily be beaten by an ace or a king.
hand2: I would have considered betting preflop and/or on the flop. He would have most likely called but then you know he's not just trying to limp and catch something.... Could work to your advantage later on.
