Same guy just a few hands later, my reasoning on the pot bet was I just kinda bad beat him and thought he would think I was bluffin. Should I have done a bear trap?

Hes only raising 3x. Ill rather raise more then less.

Me too, but 2.5 is the absolute minimum I'd ever go; minraising sucks.

yup...just min-raising it seems like you asking for trouble...or worse yet...someone draws out/sucks out !!!!!
