I definitely reraise the river. I'd probably just call the turn, since he could easily have flopped a straight.

At 0.5/1 - I probably just call the turn.
At 2/4 - I 3-bet the turn. Basically its read dependent.

River looks fine to me. You beat: Poorly played AA, straights, 44,34 which is a lot more combinations than 99, 55
