High in chips in the Stars $11R near bubble

I haven't gotten far in a tournament in what seems like eons, but I'm currently chip leader in the Stars 22:15 $11 Rebuy and we're almost at the bubble where top 180 pay, 1687 entries.

I'm in for $81. Just recently started getting lucky, flopping top set and two pair and a few people made some donkey calls against me that worked out for me.

Took a bit of a hit. I think I played this hand fine, the pre-flop call is a tad loose but I have the chips and it's a min-raise. When I flopped the two way straight draw it was an automatic raise, I was really confused when he called and led the turn but with a pair and outs out the wazoo I figured I'd set him in and he took forever to call with QQ, which was one of the hands I figured he might have as I sat there waiting. I took a while to re-raise him, maybe if I had a made a quicker decision he would of put me on the K, but there was so much in the pot that he was getting like 3:1 to call the rest of his chips.

You think with all the plays I've made I'd get a call with QQ there, but that puts me in decent chip position with $177k, above avg and top 30 with 78 left.

I ended up coming in 13th for $558.23. After blowing my chips I played the short stack really well, and down to 3 tables I was raping the table with steals where I think I stole five times in a row (not in succession) without getting played at or even called. Down to 2 tables I open-pushed a little more than 10x the BB with A8 and got called by the BB with AQ, considering the highway robbery I got away with earlier it was bound to happen. Not bad but all the final table payouts were a grand or more and while $500ish a good return, it's not too often you get really deep in a big field.

Also, thanks to goofy for watching most of the way. It helped keep my focus.
