Dear aussiesrule22,
We are committed to detecting and preventing software programs which are designed to enable
you to have an unfair advantage over other players playing at PartyPoker.com.Please refer to
the following link for your perusal: (

This message is to inform you that we have come across an instance wherein your account was
involved in using such program. Please note that PartyPoker.com's Terms and Conditions
strictly prohibit use of such programs and, in conjunction with our client, we request that
you immediately stop using the program.
In Line with our Terms and Conditions, we have flagged your account and will continue to
review your account activity and game play for use of such programs. If we detect that you
continue to use such programs we will have no choice, but to bar you from our site,
permanently close your account and any funds in your account will be deemed forfeited.

Email back and ask if they were talking about Poker Tracker? I doubt PT is bad since you are only keeping track of your stats with hands that you've played in. It should be legit.

suitability of such third party programs and their compatibility with our Poker Client
software and Terms and Conditions.
At present, we have no immediate plans to block this software, but such applications and
their subsequent versions and upgrades are under constant review, to ensure their continued
suitability.
Please note that our policy and the terms that apply to the use of third party software
while playing on PartyPoker.com is set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

i do not have any other programmes what so ever.but every time i turn pt on a pop up appears on the screen telling me to turn it off immediately

If the PP client shceksdcka for TSR terminate stay reisdent prograsms then you might have some kind of virus or something, I dunno just a thoguths.

You should email them back and ask if "Unfair Advantage" would include all the players using multiple Party accounts to cheat at tournaments, despite the fact the Party knew about it, and said that they were blocking it, and were obviously NOT blocking it.
Something tells me they might leave you alone.
