folded river to a bluff

hey all i got bluffed off my hand by this guy on the river,
I wasn't concentrating hard enough and should have realised that he quickly called flop and turn bets representing a flush draw, before you ask why im playing q10o , it was a loose game and i was one off the button, i should have probably potted the turn but i wasn't that confident about my kicker and wanted to keep the pot small.
I put him on a straight or trips at the time but thinking back that is stupid because what player raises 35c 58c preflop, the slow playing trips line is also stupid in hindsight as who would do that with flush draw on the board
Well rip into me, it was NL200 on CDpoker but for some reason noone had more than 100 at the table though, I was lacking any great reads on him which ended up costing me, he showed which was nice! I had to manually put the pot sizes in on microsoft paint lol

Since you have the table covered no need for a full buy in. River i call here more often than not. What does his hand look like? Bet small on flop usually means he want cheap turn card cold calls turn then pushes river? You can't expect to be runner runner straighted here and i'd expect a bigger Q to be protecting his hand somewhere along this hand. Obv my anaylsis might be a lil skewed considering i saw the results but i think this is a marginal call.

the more I think about it the more i should have called, I only had to be winner on this 65.47/137.47 ~ 48% of the time.
I did have a bit of a read on him but i wasn't concentrating at the time, and paid the price.
I don't know how to post hh without showing the result as cdpoker highlights the winner, bit of a pain, but good to discuss nonetheless
I always play drawing hands in position against a loose agressive player, he only min raised which would normally represent a small ace or perhaps a low pocket pair.I dont cold call this preflop.
