I thought I made a little loose of a call on the flop. After I missed, he bet 1$, maybe I should have just let it go. (I don't think I was getting the right pot odds at that point, plus I don't want to be one of those guys that can't let AK go) I don't know.......bad day I guess

No c-bet? My line of thinking is that if you are going to be willing to call a bet on this flop then you should have bet it in the first place and put the pressure on.

This is pretty sound. I'm not sure why he bet the turn, since you called his flop bet (I'd back off thinking Jacks full).
