Another guy sucks out on me

I used to not bet enough so I thought if I bet more I wouldn't have so many suck outs, but whaddya know the flush hits again and I thought I made it expensive enough. Any thing I could have done here?

Yes there are a few things you could have done differently. Either fold ATo in MP, limp, or raise more. A 2xBB raise is just not enough especially considering how low the buy-in is, but since this is a 1+.20 I would probably limp, people play all sorts of A/x crap hands that you can really take advantage of if the ace comes out. Flop raise is perfect, turn I prolly bet around 350-450, and good check behind on the river. Sometimes at this level you just can't push people off a draw, they think it is as good as a made hand, but he shows he has no clue by checking the river, if he wasn't gonna bet the flush why stick around?

Well he thought he was trapping on the river, but I've seen that move about every time the flush drops on the river.

Preflop - start raising 3xBB + 1/limper. Your preflop raises are too small. I just fold AT preflop in your position. If I was going to play I would limp.

Flop - Fine, but might raise more.

Turn - Bet ~400.
