Geez, wtf. I guess it may be ok to play TP/TK for an all-in at the $.25 tables, but you're going to find yourself broke more often than not playing this way. If I at all care about the money, I fold this. Don't play like a wussie preflop.

I did put him all in. He had AA.....Turn and river were blanks....I lose.
If I had AA in his situation I would have made a smaller bet. But it worked for him here.
Thanks for confirming that I did not totally miss something here.

The wussie preflop is an interesting comment. At this level I have raised more strongly with first rate hands several times and had everyone fold. It's no fun having AA and winning a few pennies. So, I had begun playing slower preflop. In this case it wouldn't have mattered of course.

Never minraise preflop - raise at least 4xBB + 1 per limper.

If you care more about having fun than winning money, then keep on doing that.
Make it $1 preflop. Fold the flop. If you'd raised more strongly preflop I'd be more inclined to go farther with this hand, but since it was really cheap for UTG and min-raising donks are the norm at this level, he could really have anything that hit this board really hard (87, 77, 88).

Ok, I'm in. It's the $ that make it fun. I played a couple of hours this evening and made 4xBB + 1 for each limper raises preflop with good hands. Worked very well.
I guess the other way of looking at this is that if you let someone in cheaply then he either flops, say, 2 pair or he folds quickly post flop so you don't win much anyway.
Thanks to you all for the advice and lessons.

With that flop, and that many limpers, damn man. Nightmare situation. A big bet on the flop too. Flee the city. It's definitely fold or push, call is a disgusting choice.
In my noob days (or when steaming) I'm all-in here, but when cool and thinking it's an easy fold.
What happenned?

Thanks Merv.
