Suggestions on Tournament bonuses

I love to play SNG's or MTT's..anyone know which sites are best for "bonus rewards" using mostly tournaments?

Stars is pretty good for allowing tournies to count for bonuses. 5 FPP's for every $1 in tourney rake. However, they don't have bonuses every month. It's more like every 2-3 months.

There's no question at all which are best, Poker Stars and Bodog are the only two poker rooms that return 100% of the tournament fee while you're clearing a bonus. The next best value is the Poker Network, which works out to around 71% at 10x I think.

However, Bodog will change your multiplier if you're "abusive" and the Poker Network bonuses have expiration dates so you need to play big or play often there.

Realistically you need to shop around a bit. Overlays are often a better deal than bonuses for tournament players. You should definately take advantage of the good bonuses, but in between them you'll need to find the other worthwhile promotions.

As an example, I'd offer up the Million Dollar Freeroll and WSOP Freeroll at Paradise and Interpoker respectively. They both require cash game play to clear the bonuses, but while doing that you qualify for satellites to several big events.
