I like razz, omaha hi/lo, and stud hi/lo just as much, if not more, than hold'em.
Full Tilt is good for this at least, they're the only site with HORSE tournys.

5 card draw
(holdem)
KC lowball
razz
7stud
probably missing some others but these are some of my favorites. brag is my absolute favorite though.
Less serious poker:
chinese poker is fun too, but I don't play for $. Guts is fun with people who don't like playing complex games. Screw your neighbor is another good one. Usually at my dealer's choice games (after holdem of course, sometimes BETWEEN holdem) I bring poker books and we mix in new games to try with our favorites and the classics.

I saw you talked about Royal Hold Em in another post. What is it? And where do you play it?
Ultimate bet is the only place I've seen to play this game... although if you have the discipline to throw away anything except AA, KK, and to a lesser extent AK, QQ then you will do well playing some bonus hunting style poker. ABC stuff should get you through. Full houses and quads are indeed the only really money hands... unless you hit that flush... cos it's gonna be a Royal
