Poker Room Bonus Package Follow Up

Some of you may remember my message about disappearing bonus packages from the other site.

Here is Poker Room's response:

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your recent email. We apologize for the delay in replying
to you.

Only one bonus will show at a time pending. You frist had to clear the
reload bonus before the player points bonus will show. The $200 reload
bonus was credited to your account. You still need to accumulate 224
player points to collect $30. After that the $10 bonus will show pending.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact
us.

Thanks, Fazlin. Sweet name. It is true - the $30 package does now show up on my account page. This does not explain why they were there and then disappeared, but I'm happy.
