Well basically that's a miracle flop for you. MP has limp-raised you, so he's hopefully got AK or AQ or similar. It's just not statistically likely that he's got AA, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
You've flopped a set and hopefully your opponent has flopped top pair with a great kicker (you hope). It's unlikely that he's got JT or 67, so I wouldn't be too worried about a straight draw. I am very sure my opponent has a strong, but second best hand, so I'm going to bet out, and try to get all my bets in if I can.
Same thing on the turn.
On the river I am torn between check/calling and betting. If you bet you might get raised (which you don't really want, given the board). Even a one pair hand like KK or QQ would have a lot of reasons to get away at this point. Also, he might be inclined to bluff at the pot. I'm not really worried that he's got a straight, so I'm afraid of losing value from one pair.
When I think about it, I think betting the river is better, but just calling a raise, on the chance that your opponent has A7.
Basically; don't slowplay in limit since there is a limited amount of bets you can potentially win. By not capping the flop you've already lost 3 small bets that you cannot make back. Same with the turn, you've lost 3 large bets by not capping. You are pretty lucky your opponent had AA and the board cooperated. You lost the least amount of money you could have with set under set.
