It's a good fold. You're drawing to a gutshot and your current high hand equals a pair of tens. You have a backdoor flush draw, but I wouldn't dream of that w/o a back up low draw.

If you were holding, let's say As Qx Tx 2s. Then I'd call looking to improve either way on the turn. However, I usually call small bets in spots like these. Don't go calling like $5 on the flop with the same hand.
