Is this a push or check situation?
I don't know but I think you have the best hand. However it's not neccesary to bet here. You don't beat any hands your opponent would call a bet with. If you bet representing flush you will only be called by a flush or straight. You don't beat either of those. There is also an off chance you could be up against a set.
Personally I feel your opponent's play is consistent with a (poorly played) OESD.
If I had to guess I'd put him on an OESD JT. I check it down for the win because bets will only be -EV here. You can't win any extra bets from him unless you have a read that he will call regardless. If this is the case I suck bet instead of push. I don't want to bust with 2 pair on a flush board.

There's $44 left in stacks and about $82 in the pot, just shove. He pays off with Kx.

Yeah, especially considering his stats, I decided to push. Turns out he had QTc and hit the runner runner. The fact that he would call that flop reraise just confirms that he is a maniac. He most likely would have called down with kj or kt or some shit like that.

Yes push. He is consistent with a dominated King here most of the time and will pay off. KTo is my bet. A5spades is quite sick, but I doubt it.

All in (most likely) OR a "weak" bet that will give him FE to bluff you off the hand (but only if he likes reraising the river).
The only thing that he could realistically bet like this with is 33. The chance of him having it is what? 1/220?
