Finally got a little time to look over this thread. Here's what I was thinking on some hands in question:
Right or wrong, here's my thoughts on this hand. I thought about slow playing. There's not much out there that can beat me at this point. But I had a similar situation last time I was up at Seneca when I was playing 3/6. I slow played a flopped FH and went from the best hand three-handed on the flop to the third worst hand on the river. My fear was if someone is holding a jack that they would pair their hole card and I'd be dead, so I threw a bet out there to see if someone would respond. If I was raised, I would have re-raised or went all-in, depending on my stack size. Again, right or wrong, that's what I was thinking. As I stated, I don't have much NL experience, so I appreciate the tips.
Good point. But this was my first NL Live experience and I was putting $100 towards it and depending on how things went, no more than that. So, when I got down to $60, I didn't want to rebuy because I didn't know if I would be playing much more NL or switching to Limit. Later in the weekend, I did reload when I got down to $50. Still too low, but I know there does come a point when you need to top off.
Unfortunately, once again, I didn't take complete notes. I believe I was not in position...I believe I was first or second to act. I do have a hard time with AK when I miss. I need to do better in noticing who is in the pot with me as far as someone I think I can 'bluff' out of the pot or someone I think will come over the top on me. And I need to get more comfortable throwing chips out there when I have nothing.

I thought about checking, but decide that if I bet and someone has a jack, maybe they'll raise and I can re-pop. Right or wrong? I bet $10. Everyone folds. Hmph. Beats losing.
Snickers, let's talk about this hand. You just flopped the 3rd nuts (if he has J3 god bless him) and if I'm reading right there are at least a limper or two plus the raiser left behind you to act.
I hate slow playing but if there is ever a spot for it THIS IS IT. At the very least the button would c-bet if it's checked to him. As played if I'm villian I see a tight (and so far timid) player bet into 4 players on a scary board. I'd say worst case your trip Jacks with a crap kicker. Let someone or take a card off and hopefully someone picks up a flush or st draw. I think you missed at least a c-bet of 10-15 from the button here.

AK is a tough NL hand but if you were leading out 10 into 25-30 pots I would be raising you too. Especially if I've watched you lay down before. I'd say you need to vary your flop play a bit with draw hands. Maybe try check raising or check behind on flops. Also a re-raise on the flop can show monster strength as well.
