Its not free but its well worth its weight in gold. It allows you to set each players stats (preflop raise %, VPIP, agression factor, hands played, ect) in real time on the poker window.
One bonus is that it shows you mucked hands in party in real time so you don't have to go back to the hand histories.

PA HUD has a 30 day free trial for use on a single table or you can buy the full version for $25ish with multi-table support. It has really helped my game and saved me a LOT of money I would normally have called off.
As for your play in this particular hand, first off it is entirely read dependent. A raise UTG demands more respect than from CO. I would put him on a high pocket pair or A-K/Q. That would mean I am dominated or hoping the coin comes up tails.
Absent any reads, I fold. If I think the player is loose, I push all in. A cold-call here is going to almost insure that he will lead back out at you with a continuation bet and if there is any overcard to your Jacks, you are probably going to fold. If you would call the C-Bet with an overcard on the board, you might as well push pre-flop and try to take it down then.

I realize this post has moved on to PT, but for the original hand, I would've just flat-called. I don't want to push, because the only hands that i'm a small favorite/huge dog will call and worse hands fold. Plus, you have position on the flop.
By just calling, you can use your position after the flop, and hopefully not go broke if he has a premium pair. I think pushing assures you go broke if you're beat, while letting him get away from the hand easily if you are a favorite.

Hey Darinvg,
I've seen you around the 33's, I also play there.
Without a read, I think this is a push. Your stack size is very important here. With a healthier stack, I'll call and see a flop. You however only have roughly 17BB's, and folding JJ is too weak with that stack. Doubling up and getting a nice stack will give you that edge you need on the bubble to relentlessly push into the tight players blinds. It sucks you ran into KK, but the players here will raise and call an all in with AT enough to make this play profitable.
