There is already a sticky for hand histories here. The converter is the third post down.
Some people don't use the converter because they don't like it. They prefer placing the text version into the post. There was a thread about it right after the conversion to the new forum.

OK, it is available.
I prefer the converter so I can see right away where the blinds etc are. I'm much less likely to comment on a history if it's not converted.
Also, I've found it much easier to review my own plays by looking at them in the converter that I posted. You can just download it and import your histories.
