Well, I like the interface and STT structure, but there is one thing that really gripes me about this site. A friend of mine told me to go watch this $30/$60 table where something very suspicious was going on. These two guys sandwiched this one person with raises and re-raises until he folded, and one of the two just suddenly folded in the end. It was so obvious they were colluding, and my friend wrote an email detailing what was going on. 2 weeks later, and no response.
So, Ethics: 1
Bonuses: 2
Popularity: I don't know, like a 4-5
Software: 9
Security: Who knows
Competition: Well, at the $5 STT level, not too tough. About a 6-7.

Until recently, Full Tilt was my "B" site. Play mainly on Stars. Played about 50/50 the last 3 months though.
Year to date, I've played in 288 STT's ($6 to $33), and 279 2- tables ($6-$22) on FTP.
Don't have the MTT number handy. I lump all sites together on those with my current spreadsheet. Guessing over 150 played. Maybe a lot more... They recently increased the number of MTT tourneys in my range, $6 to $26.
Those are the ranges I play and all of my opinions are based on those games only, as well as pertain to tournaments exclusively. I suck at cash games on any site. Weak-tight, weak-tight, squeak, squeak.
Popularity (5) - They're getting more and more players. One could usually count on @ 1,200 or so people logged on when I first joined last year.
Seems to be 3-5 thousand lately at peak hours.
Competition (10) - The competition got worse or I got better. My 3 best months at FTP have been the last 3....by far. Definitely think it's attributable to the slow influx of new players to the site and a lot seem to be relative newbs to poker, period. Overall, I think the play at the sng's is currently the weakest of any site I've ever played with the lone possible exeption of Carib Sun.
Sept/Oct 2 table sng's - Played 91. ITM 39%, ROI 52%
Sept/Oct STT's - Played 74. ITM 41%, ROI 17% (3rd sucks)
YTD numbers are not so good and lend credence to the statement that play has gotten weaker.
2 table sng's - 279 played. ITM 31%, ROI 23%
STT's - 288 played. ITM 38%, ROI 9% (I know, I know.)
MTT's are weak. I like to think I'm a good MTT player, but...I've been doing way too good in the cheapies. They're fucking weak.
October/Nov Cashes- And, I just ain't played a whole lot in November due to real work. WEAK. I'm tellin ya...
19th in a 230 player $5.50 entry
10th of 258 $5.50
6th of 69 $5.50
7th of 94 $5.50
6th of 270 $11
15th of 105 $5.50
1st of 127 $11
9th of 152 $11
1st of 102 $5.50
15th of 123 $26
17th of 200 $11
12th of 175 $5.50
10th of 189 $26
Software (7) – The ability to move seats helps with multi-tabling overlap. Every site should have this feature. Audio cues are top notch. The “previous hand” window is sweet as well.
MTT’s are very well done.
Security (5) -
Promos (5) – Bonuses are hard to clear playing tourneys exclusively
Support (0) – Speed of support is decent. Quality…? Sucks. I’ve had 2 major issues and neither were resolved to my satisfaction. The first was blatant collusion I reported. I was playing a 2 table sng and was short-stacked on the bubble. I pushed from position with a marginal hand. An early limper typed to the big blind (who was taking his time, considering a call) that if he called, limper would fold. If he folded, limper would call. Got action I didn’t want from the bb, survived and managed to cash. The response from FTP? Both players didn’t profit from this incident so they didn’t consider it cheating. Huh? What? Um, ok….
The second dealt with a server crash that screwed me out of some jack. FTP replied twice, once in error giving me some blatantly wrong info. My 3rd query on the same subject was answered with the below:
We will not be able to address any more emails regarding this issue
with
you.
I apologize for any inconvenience and good luck at the tables.
Regards,
Vincent
Team Full Tilt
Vincent, if you’re reading this, I made it pretty clear in my last e-mail that I was just explaining my position and didn’t expect or even want a further response. Ever heard of a rhetorical e-mail? You felt obligated anyway. And, oh yeah, Vincent? Suck my dick.
Ethics (0) – see above
Overall (4) – I’m still playing FTP for now. They’re still letting me clear a re-load bonus even though I withdrew 90% of my money after the above note from Vinnie. So, as soon as I clear it and find another site to use in conjunction with Stars…sayonara Vinnie.

I don't know, I really don't have anything against full tilt. I like the site, but had to quit my bonus half way through because it was soo slow.
Ethics: Not sure.
Bonuses: 2 (so slow too clear)
Popularity: 7
Software: 10 really liked it
Security: I didn't have any problems, cash out speed was super slow.
Competition: about the same as stars I thought.

Popularity: I play NL $100 6-max and there's always plenty of tables going. Game selection is very good; there are tons of soft tables at this limit. Generally, I have 16 tables open for datamining (mentioned later), and when I sit down to play I can generally find ~10 of those 16 tables to be soft enough to get on the waiting list. By "soft enough" I mean there are at least a couple players with 40+ VPIPs.
Competition: I've only ever played NL $100 6-max but like I said, SOFT
Software: Very nice. It doesn't have Party's resizing features or anything, but if you have a 1600x1200 monitor then you can 4-table with no problem. In addition, Full Tilt allows for EASY DATAMINING, as in PT can import observed hands. As such, I basically fire up 16 tables (the maximum you can open) 30 to 60 mins before I want to play, let PT read them for an hour, then come back, open PA HUD, and pick some soft tables out of the 16 that I was observing. This method of game selection is 10x easier than Party. I love it. One minus point for multi-tablers is that the cards don't really "stand out" compared to Party, and sometimes my eyes won't notice when I have a hand at a table; however, this can be fixed with a card mod.
Security: Shit, I don't know. I don't feel like they're gonna take all my money?
Promotions: I'm currently doing their $600 signup bonus, which is clearing at a rate of 1.7PTBB/100 at NL $100; compared with the amount of rake I'm paying, it basically amounts to 50% rakeback. It's a crappy bonus to do for bonus whores, since it works similarly to PokerRoom's points system and clears slowly; but, given the choice between what is essentially 50% rakeback and no rakeback on Party, I'll take this.
Support: I've only ever had to e-mail them to ask that the max # of tables I can play be increased to 8 (you start at 4, but if you e-mail support you can get it increased); this was at night, and they had hooked it up the next morning when I woke up.
Ethics: See security, hell if I know.

Expiration is like 3 months? It gets released in $20 increments.
