Hello new forum members!
Here are common questions and answers that you may have regarding the forum. This is a constantly evolving FAQ and will be updated as time goes on. Enjoy!
How come I can't post any messages?
While you do not need to register or create an account to read messages, registration is required in order to post or reply to messages.
I am having trouble registering (cannot see confirmation code)
If you cannot see the confirmation code, most likely you are using some kind of ad-blocking software of some sort. It's recommended you temporarily turn it off or open another browser to try registration. If this doesn't work, please email mj@tightpoker.com with your registration information and I will get you setup.
How do I change my picture/avatar?
Click on the 'Profile' link at the top of the screen, then scroll down to the very bottom to the "Avatar Control Panel". There you will see options for uploading, linking or browsing the Gallery for your own avatar. The gallery has many, many images to choose from, so please browse in there if you have no image readily available. Remember that once you have selected an image from the gallery, you must hit 'Submit' when you are back on your Profile screen in order for your changes to be saved.
How do I put card images in my post?
All you have to do is use surround the name of your cards with the colon symbol to make it display the actual card images.
Example:
It is case sensitive, so use capilization on your face cards to make it work.

Screen Shot Posting Tutorial
Bring up the info you want to see on your screen
Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard alt + printscreen will only copy the active window to the clipboard
Open "Paint", "Photoshop", etc..
With the photo editor open, press "Ctrl+V" to paste the picture
Make any edits (crop, change size, add arrows/text)
Save the image as a .jpg
Host the pic on your own web space and post the pic OR FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A FREE HOSTING SERVICE:
Goto - ImageShack - its a free web-image hosting service , or use PhotoBucket
Use the browse button (upload an image) on thier page to choose your file you saved
Click the "resize image" box at Image Shack and choose 800x600
Click "Host it!"
Select & Copy the link that appears in the bottom box (direct link to image)
On these forums, start a post and paste the link
highlight the link-text you pasted and click the IMG button (located above the reply box) [/b]
