NICK2004 had a VP$IP 7.7% over the first 13 hands. I think my preflop call was fine because i had position. If he had bet smaller on the flop i probably wouldve pushed but when he overbet the pot it's hard for me to put him on AK or AQ. Was this a good fold?

Hmmm. Your flop fold does seem correct. If he is tight and overbetting, he probably has you beat (AA, KK, QQ maybe JJ for a split). He shouldn't have AT w/ the big preflop raise and shouldn't have overs w/ the big bet.
Now the preflop call. At 1st I thought it was horrible but I play at party. You can't cold call 150 at party. At stars you have more room but it's still marginal. At party I would either jam it or fold, probably fold since he's tight. I don't like calling coin flips. I feel like I can outplay people later.

An overbet PF and an overbet on the flop seems to me to be indicitave of a tell, probably big pairs, you see someone like this who comes out of nowhere with a big bet PF, might be a good time to junk this hand PF.

How had YOU been playing so far? What's your image to him?
That's an important consideration here.

I actually dont think my image is too important in this hand because he's the one doing all the betting and we've only played 13 hands. I hadnt played a hand yet so he might view me as tight. If he had raised from EP then i might have folded but he was in MP so i felt his range would be looser. I also felt like i could figure out if he had a high pair or just two overcards by his bet size or check on the flop. Does this justify a pf call or is the situation too marginal?
