Actually, he will only have a hand that beats you on the flop about 35% of the time, but 65% of the time you'll actually be ahead vrs a random hand. If you wait until the showdown, you'll only win about 50% of the time (well, less, really, because he might steal the pot at some point of time).
If he is tight enough, there is also a good chance that he'll fold a hand that does in fact beat you (3x or 4x).
If he is loose enough, he might call with some sort of a draw without realizing that his implied odds are exactly 0.

Make sure to keep the "check/fold" checkbox checked

That is exactly why you don't bet the turn unless you improve.

With 2 other players it's more like 50-60% that one of them hit.

Ah, ya. Just noticed - "Button calls".
With 3 people it is still worth to bet since your bet will look stronger with 2 people in the hand. When you look strong, there is less chance they'll call with a marginal hand that beats you (3x, 4x, small underpair) and more chance of them calling with some draw.
Of course, ideally, with 3 people in the hand it would also depend on what kind of player is on the button, but it is not that important. Most people would raise faces and medium pockets on the button rather than calling with them, so Kx is not very likely from the button here. Most likely he has some kind of a suited connector.
