I almost folded, but I was looking at what you had showing, and unless you had A2 in the hole I was good. You sure were betting like you did, you should know better than to try and bluff a complete donk.

Well, there's a certain amount of value there too, but it's a risk I probably wouldn't take in a cash game. It's a good steal situation on 3rd, because there probably isn't anyone who can call a raise. I'm aware that this may have been faulty reasoning in this case, but the high ante's forcing me to make the occasional moves and I can represent something if I catch good.

That's where we get into trouble. Fourth street is almost a must bet. I'm ahead of you, and behind joker. If I don't bet, you can't raise and eliminate him. This is where we really begin getting off the cash game plan. I would probably pass and fold here, because I'm way behind. But, I want to win this pot right now because it's a decent amount of chips, and everyone else in it is short enough to be playing light too.

Having totally failed in my diabloical plans so far, fifth street is like a gift from heaven. The fours make me look like a made nine with a redraw. That's definately enough to drive him out with you catching good too. It may be enough to get you out too. If not, my trashbag hand may hold up against your short stack.

Of course, having committed to the pot on fifth I'm going to play the other expensive streets unless something really threatening comes out. Sixth is good for me and scary for you, that's like an auto-bet.

The river's pretty much a stone cold bluff, also automatic. Checking's useless. The pot's so large that either of us is compelled to call and it's pretty unlikely you have a hand you can raise with. So of course I'm going to take the longshot and fire at it again.

I do think you were behind a slightly wider range than A2 though. I mean, I had 9-6-4-3 showing which is basically your hand. Any two cards below nine in the hole would have made me better. For example, 7-8 in the hole would have made me 8-7-6-4-3.
