Seat 7: apomania folded on the River
Seat 8: soia1 folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 9: HERO folded on the River
Seat 10: GL888 folded before Flop (didn't bet)
After the Ace came down, I knew he was up with a pair of aces, but I calculated that I had 6 outs (4 kings for a straight, 2 queens for a set) giving me 6.7:1 odds. I calculated pot odds each time to exceed 6.7:1 so I called his bets. I was aggressive pre-flop and on the flop to try to drive everyone out, but it failed. I just want to make sure I am playing this correctly. Felt like a losing proposition in the midst of this losing streak.

No, after the raise on the turn, you can muck. The problem with your odds calculations are:
1) The 2 Q's will only be clean outs some of the time. Anyone with a K will make their straight (in fact, someone could already have one). So you have to discount those outs.
2) The straight outs have the same problem, because someone else could have a Q, and because the
may make a flush for someone.
3) Finally, you have to consider redraws, which are going to be longer shots here.
Although how to discount is debatable, I'd estimate your true outs at probably closer to 4 than to 6.
