I won't comment yet. I'd like to hear your comments first.
My read on Qum01 is that he's a fairly strong player, and relatively tight.

I will take you through my thought process on this hand pretending I was in your position.
Pre-flop:
I look down and see Big Slick out of the small blind. Good hand, lets hope I can catch something and pay this thing off.
Tight/Solid player raises 4XBB, hmmm what does he have?? AK, AQ?, JJ, QQ, KK (not likely since I have a king), AA?? Was he just trying to steal it??
I call and see the flop
Flop:
I hit my King. Now lets see if I can get paid. Check-raise time. He bets $2 and I raise to $6. Yeah that kicks ass!! Time to take his money. He calls.
DING DING DING DING OK Alarm bell time. Dude called me. He has a hand. Time to think back. 4X BB raise pre-flop. Bet out 8XBB on flop and called a big raise. What hands does that fit?? AK maybe. JJ maybe. AA? A-Q? Could he have the Heart draw??
Turn:
OK the 3rd Heart drops. Decision time. I am either folding or pushing right here. Time to figure out what I think he has. He is a solid player that bet out and then called a sizable raise. I know he has something, but does he have my AK beat?? The 3rd heart scares me, but what if I have him beat now and he has a heart in his hand and hits the river? Push or Fold... Push or Fold....
I would push here. Basically the same play you made. I never like giving someone a free chance to beat me. Push the chips and take your chances. You played AK to hit an ace or a king and you hit it.
He calls me. I am pretty sure I am beat at this point. He has the flush or pocket Jacks.
River:
Well there is the fourth Heart. By this time I am committed so the perfunctory call cleans me out.
Overall: Not much you could have done really. You can't play scared everytime a flush draw pops up or people will exploit that part of your game. I have notes on 5 or 6 players that do just that. Whenever a 3 to straight or flush comes out, they dump their hands. Makes for easy targets, especially late when I open up my game some.

I'm glad to hear most of you think I played it well. One of the guys at the table said something like "If you didn't want him hitting his flush, you should have bet him out of the pot."
And I was like, "$15 wasn't betting him out?" And besides, if he's drawing to a one card flush, I'll take that bet anytime.
Not that I think the guy was right, I was questioning my play for my own reasons, not his.
