Combining Poker Tracker Databases

OK, work from this premise - I'm not that technically inclined when it comes to computers. So....
....I want to try to combine two (or more databases I have in Poker Tracker into a new database. I've figured out how to create and name the new database but my attempts to import the data from two existing databases have failed. Can anyone offer some easy to undestand help? Before answering, please go back to my original premise.
The goal is to have the stats from the two databases be additive in the new one.
