I checked it down because I didn't want to feed the rake. Looking back I think I should have bet. He wasn't betting on the clubs, so he didn't seem to have a flush and I knew I have the nut low. Maybe I could have pushed him off it? Thoughts?

Bet the river. I don't see any reason for him to check the turn unless his hand is super weak.

Checking the river is fine if you think you're going to split the low, b/c since you have no high hand, if he has A2 plus ANYTHING, then you're gonna get quartered.
