bonus hunting

I am a winner at $0.25/0.5 tables.
I keep loosing at $2/4 6 and 10 seat tables.
The suggestions for the bonus hunting describe how easy it is to play break even poker and clear bonuses.
But I can not clear them even at $1/2 tables because I lose.
What if I will play only the top premium hands from 1 and 2 group of S&M HEM for AP? Will my overall results improve?

Winning at a given level is more important than bonus clearing. Especially since the terms for most bonuses these days are very poor.
1. Play 0.25/.50.
2. Build up money.
3. Take shot at .50/1
4. If #3 is successful, repeat for 0.5/1. Else go back to #1.
