It's a good fold. Don't make it a habit of calling when you have a good hand that goes to shit on the turn or even river for that matter. There's a slight slight chance you might still have to best hand, but I seriously doubt it here.

Good fold, anytime the board pairs in Omaha things get pretty tricky if you have a vulnerable hand like a straight. Definately a fold.

anybody plays a made straight on the flop by checking the flop and potting the turn if a safe card comes?

a bit hard to put you on a straight at that point, might get repotted by a turned set
