My question... is it a bad call in the first place?
Then is it a fishy call on the river, even though it is cheap?
Then is it the right fold?
Might seem a lot to do with nothing much here, but this hand bothered me a bit.
Thanks.

I play this hand everytime, I also play it for a raise too.
[edit merv]: The A3 is really good for the low, but I love the TJ here for obvious reasons. Plus, the ace is sooted.
I might even raise the flop with this hand. It's an easy call on the turn, with the nut flush draw and second best low draw.
Don't sweat it too much. It seems like you're playing a bit tight which is fine. I on the other hand like to get creative and crazy (as long as I'm turning a profit).
