Range much wider than that. I have two comments:

1. Bet more on the flop. All kinds of dumb hands have odds to call that bet. I'd have made it $12.

2. Fold the river. One pair is no good here.

Flop I bet $12-$15. Everything else looks good, and fold river you are not winning nearly enough to call here.

Fold river unless he is a known bluffer. Against most weak-tight players you are not good here... but he seems more aggressive than most.

As played, I probably fold. I really think he has busted hearts but I'm too much of a wuss to call this.

However, the hand becomes a lot easier if you...
- bet $14 on flop
- make a real raise on the turn (PSR would have been to $68!!! making it $30 is tiny and giving him ridiculously good odds to draw)
- by this point, the pot is big enough on the river that you have a pretty easy call

Looks like 75s, not sure if a set always moves in on this river, different strokes for different folks. Bet 3/4 pot on flop. When they bet out small on streets, you have to throw the 3 times raise out the window. If they bet less than half the pot, just add it all up and and bet the same, little more even if you like. Depends on what you think might call and how big you want potsize and respective stacksizes on river.
