$25 charge with NETeller?
by hultin » Fri Dec 02, 2005 5:25 pm
I dont remember ever having to do this before.
Poker stars is trying to charge me $25 for taking my money out via NETeller. Is this for real? It's like I cant play at a single poker site without getting screwed. I dont remember them charging me a single penny before and now they want $25? WTF!
How do I get this image thingy to work?
I just cleared their bonus of $100. Its not like I didnt cashout directly after I cleared it though. I played for about another 2 hours after I cleared my bonus, and even lost $30 of my bonus back to the damn site(online poker is so brutal). And I was keeping $50 in there so I could play with that.....

Yeah, I've never heard of that, and I do agree it will kill the site if they start doing charging that much. I though Inter's $1 was way too much.

Never happened to me either. Keep us posted...that will definitely influence where I play as I've been playing there exclusively for the past month or so.

I just sent them an email asking why they want to charge me this $25. I havnt cashed out yet because I really dont want to be charged this $25 as if they do charge me that I would have only profited $50 from the bonus...
Ill edit this post when I get a reply.

Wait. I think Eruu is right on this one.
What did you last deposit? $25? That's what is going into your Neteller account automatically, and you have to direct the remaining $525 if the picture is accurate.
I don't see this as a charge against you.
The only way I could see them charging you is if your original deposit wasn't with Neteller or if you had some special circumstances???

Yeah that's what happened to me in my "I'm an idiot" post. I thought that stars wouldn't allow me to cash out my full amount. But in fact they were allowing me to cash out my original deposit (although I havn't made one in some time) and have a choice of how I wanted the remaining funds to be withdrawn. If they did charge $25 to cashout it would ruin their site for sure. Bet365 gives you one free cashout each month then it costs you $25 USD which is barbaric!! I place bets on there

Eruu was dead on. Welcome to the I'm an idiot post #2!
That $25 is what they credit to my account first, and then the rest later.
It's just that I had never seen this before so I thought they were going to charge me $25
.
Ahaha... I feel so stupid
sorry for the confusion
