I did manage to get all mine out. I had cashed every last cent out direct to my bank account.
But, this is funny. There is a $0 "debit" for reversing the gammon bonus in my party transaction history. Looks like they just blanket took all the money they possibly could from anyone who did the bonus. Which is just...wrong. I don't even have the words.

Yeah yeah, it's too bad those Party bonuses are so +EV for me 
But I'll never make Party my 'home site' again! I had to talk to like...19 different people on the phone to get my money back (actually, i haven't gotten it ALL yet, but time heals all wounds....)
