I say no. Its unlikely to be a bluff as he has to get through 2 other players. Pot is smallish anyway. Sure you fold the best hand here sometimes, but that's ok. 1.0 is kind of passive anyway.

If you would call a bet on the river here, then you should bet at it first. With that board in an unraised pot, there is a hand out there that will beat you, so a check/fold is the way to go here.
