Ugh. If he's coming in that early with 8T, 56 at a full table I'd wager you could find more profitable opportunities later. I'd strongly consider folding it in such a small pot.
The other problem is that I doubt you get paid off very well no matter what you hit, since he likely has some variety of marginal hand. There aren't a lot of monsters likely, and you know he's going to be suspicious if you raise when an eight shows up, with such an innocent looking board.
