No it's not ok. How can you put him on a flush draw? Doesn't a flush draw usually go for the check-raise? He's representing at least a pair so give him credit and fold. btw, I would fold preflop.

Yeah, wasn't sure on this one. After I looked at it I probably just fold flop. I had been playing very tight and it was starting to show (I never got action on my raises) so I was hoping to just take it down preflop.
